Облигации, эмиссия которых разделена на два транша, причем выкупная стоимость облигаций первого транша привязана к увеличению стандартного индекса (имеется в виду какой-либо ценовой индекс, принятый за базу. — Перев .), а цена погашения второго транша основана на сокращении стандартного индекса. Во Франции аналогичным инструментом является emprunt à sensibilité opposée (ESOP).
